About the Queen Mary Tours

For an inside look at the Queen Mary’s history, notable passengers, and lifetime, you’ll want to book your spot on the Queen Mary Passport Tour. This introduction to the world-famous vessel provides a wealth of information to guests. Your tour experience includes:

  • A ticket to board the Queen Mary
  • An audio tour with headset
  • A 4-D theater screening
  • A choice between the Glory Days Historical Tour and the Haunted Encounters guided tour

Your audio tour will last approximately 1.5 to 2 hours, allowing you to explore the ship at your own pace. You’ll walk through the legendary ship decks while listening to the information on your Queen Mary headset.

The 4-D theater screening is one of the newest additions to the ship and overall tour experience. This 121-seat theater provides a 3D viewing experience with the added element of 4D effects including scents, wind, and more. You’ll feel like you are actually sailing aboard the Queen Mary!

In addition, guests can choose to experience the Glory Days Historical tour or the Haunted Encounters guided tour as part of their Passport Tour purchase. The Glory Days Historical Tour transports you back in time to when the Queen Mary was the most expensive ocean liner out at sea. You’ll learn about the construction, her voyages, and more!

The Haunted Encounters guided tour will give you quite a fright. As one of the Top 10 Most Haunted places in America, the Queen Mary is riddled with ghost stories. Hear about (and perhaps see) some of the most frightening ghosts and tales aboard the Queen Mary on this tour.
