Review: The room was clean upon arrival and was spacious. I liked the vanity being separate from the bathroom. After notifying the front office that the fridge in our room wasn't working, they fixed the problem promptly. The room had an iron, ironing board and hair dryer. The bed was spacious and super comfy mattress with amazing fluffy pillows. One downside for me was the lighting in the room. There was one ceiling light over near the door and then 2 lamps. No overhead lighting to light majority of the room. It is a 5 min walk to a Starbucks and 10-15min walk to Dolby theatre/Hollywood walk of fame/ hop on hop off bus pick up.

I stayed with my wife and kids and we used uber and metro to see the sites of Los Angeles. The hotel was nice. Nothing fancy, but you get what you pay for. The staff was helpful. On the last night there was a party or something going on in one of the rooms nearby. The walls are pretty thin, so you can hear the neighbours, but that’s really my only complaint.

Hello I am guest at the BLVD Hotel Hollywood and the manger was very rude to me and my friend it was on 1/9/19 at 3pm she said her name was Camren , My friend have a service animal and he is not staying in the hotel and He was outside waiting for me and the manager or the receptionist of the hotel marched over to me screaming in my face and my friend that there are no dogs allowed on the property , I explained to her that my dog was a service animal and she told me no he is not he doesn't have a vest. I kindly explained to her that not all service dogs wear vest it depends on the condition of the disabled and also show her the ADA ID of the dog that shows it was a service dog. Long story short she was very mean and rude and was over talking me I felt harassed and profiled and kinda racist. I am staying in the hotel and my friend just came to drop some of my stuff and pick me up and she was rude as a hotel in a tourist area like Hollywood i am for sure they should be hiring people with the ability to communicate with guest not scream and not let them complete what they have to say. I paid to stay in the hotel not to be harassed, this is the first and the worst stay in a hotel. Also the picture will decieve you it doesn’t look as it shows in their website plus very very very bad service. STAY AWAY if you can they are better places which charges less and have the ability to solve guest problems more than following them around and screaming

Perfect location for a walk on Hollywood Blvd! Good food and fun close by. Room and decor seemed to be new...maybe newly remodeled. Elevator was a bit slow for a 3 story bldg but if that's the worst I can come up with - this is a perfect hotel.

"Hollywood family holiday"

We recently stayed here for four nights on recent family holiday. There were four of us and online this hotel was cheap and seemed in a good location. The location is only a short walk from Hollywood Walk of Fame which was handy for the day that we spent there. It's on a main road but we spent most of the time outside the hotel seeing the sight so this wasn't an issue. In fact, the main road allowed good access to the freeway which was good. The rooms were of a reasonable size and kept reasonable clean. There is a small bar and a small selection of refreshments for purchase near reception. There is though, a local shop, a short 5 minute walk from the hotel. The pool is more of plunge pool and not really inviting, and the walls are paper thin, so you hear everything, and I mean everything. Overall, if you have a vehicle and looking for a central location in LA at a reasonable price, this is a pretty good hotel. Short drives from Beverly Hills and Universal Studios and close to the freeway. I probably wouldn't recommend this place if you have young children as the paper thin walls may mean they hear things that maybe they don't quite understand yet.
