"deluxe was nice"

Had a deluxe room with a king bed. When daughter decided to join us we realized there was a sofa bed in the room also. Room size was nice, didn't feel cramped. The pool looked really nice, but the cold weather kept me out others were swimming and enjoying the hottub. This is now our go to hotel when going to Disneyland. It is located so close.

"So close to Disneyland "

Right across the street. Closer then parking and taking the tram. Prices are comparable and rooms aren’t bad. No breakfast but sack with snacks you can take in the park. Parking is not fun but staff is nice and rooms are clean.

"Good location"

Good location is the only good thing about this hotel. The hot tub is nice, but rooms are pretty bare minimum and the hotel staff service was average. We only stayed here for the convenience of being close to Disneyland which was nice.

"Great Location easy walk to park"

Let me start off by saying we were not in a newly remodeled room, however it was clean and not expensive. They offer pass holder discounts. There is no breakfast included but they do give a snack bag with water apple nut bar string cheese. The staff is very nice everyone we encountered was friendly and helpful. We did not visit the roof top restaurant but it looked like a great place to be for summer fireworks.

"Great location, kind and helpful staff; but stay in an upgraded room."

The location of this property can't be beat, along with the concept that they permit you to park more than one vehicle (with a per-day cost); whereas most hotels in the area only permit 1 vehicle per room. The front desk staff was very kind and helpful, check-in and check-out were both a breeze. We arrived prior to check-in on a Tuesday and we had decided to spend two days at DL and DCA rather last minute. They had no problem with us parking a little early and pre-checking us in, and just explained that we would have to return after leaving the park to pick up our keys. The agent was able to tell us our room number so that we could park closer to the room, which worked out perfectly and we parked directly in front of it. The air conditioning/heating unit, while affixed to the ceiling off of the main sleeping area, was oddly placed - it worked well and was efficient to our needs during our stay. I'm 5'4" and could reach the buttons okay. Many of the photos depict the upgraded rooms which is easy for other guests to anticipate that this is what they'll be receiving, a-la marketing. :) The main downfall for me was that the room we received was one that was obviously not refurbished. Normally this doesn't bother me much, but the quality of our room certainly did not meet the cost per night. I understand that the pricing is a situation of supply versus demand, but I normally like to relax in my hotel room. Here, I didn't feel the need to do more than sleep and shower. The TV stand, chairs and free-standing table were heavily worn through the finish, down to the woodgrain in deep scrape marks, which stood out strongly. The bathroom had gouges in the walls, a very strange shower head that just rattled and sprayed water all over the place (mostly everywhere but on you, lol) and the bottom of the bathroom door frame and walls were crumbling and had been crashed into so many times by previous guests that it made the room look filthy at all times. I would probably stay here again, but only if obtaining a refurbished or at least better taken care of room for the price.
