"Great location for Universal City"

The rooms are what you would expect in a Hilton hotel. If you can get a corner room, they're even better. The location is great for Universal City walk and the like. If you are there for an event, you obviously can't go wrong.

"Pamela made it right"

I been staying at the Hilton Los Angeles/Universal City for a few weekends in a row. My wife made the trip with me on one occasion and was under strict medical guidelines. When we checked in I explained to Pamela my situation and she made sure our accommodations were met and in my opinion she exceeded my expectations.. Where do I start...she pecked on her computer and we got an upgrade. Our room had a spectacular view and was very spacious. She explained without hesitation that if you need anything just ask. She was genuinely concerned. When I returned two weeks later, everyone from the bartender to the bell man Daniel remembered my name, even Pamela asked about the wife. I've stayed at a few hotels over the years but my recent stays at this Hilton was the best.

We are in the middle of a 4 night stay , how anyone can find negativity here is beyond me , from the pool staff to the ladies cleaning the rooms , first class, the food , first class , if you stay on a Friday or a Saturday make sure you take the seafood buffet , we have just gorged ourselves on prawns lobster king crab , steak , Chinese and a dessert selection to die for. All the staff we have met and been welcomed by have been brilliant , walked to the studios today and had a fantastic day , a brilliant hotel and location

"LOCATION makes it a winner"
TripAdvisor user rating 4 out of 5

This hotel is such a great location for Universal it is a stones throw away and you can’t beat that. It is kind of funny as we stayed at Disney for three nights before moving here and stayed right across from the park as well but at a 50s style Best Western motel with outside entrances. Both spots were perfect, because of location. Location wins over amenities for me as long as it’s safe and clean. That said I stay at a lot of Hiltons with work and they are usually nice. This property no exception. The service from all staff was impeccable. Our rooms (3) were well maintained and very clean. Our room had a nice view which is always a bonus even though we didn’t stay in it much. We ate breakfast here two out of three morning and typical to Hiltons it was a bit pricey, but it was also very good. I am sure there are a lot of hotels nearby that may save a few bucks but staying here meant no rental car or parking fees so that is a factor you should consider. If I were wanting to visit Universal again I would absolutely stay here, no question.
