My daughter and I came on a spontaneous trip. We had an early flight, so we arrived early to the hotel on 6/15. The front desk person was extremely helpful and very sweet. She let us leave our luggage while we played at the park, we returned back to the hotel around 2 and our room was ready. I felt very safe, as we had a room above the lobby, a big plus because it was just us two. The location is great, it was directly across the street. I would definitely come back! Thanks again!

We spent three nights at the Del Sol Inn. The good parts are it was really right across the street from Disneyland. We did not have to get in the car, just walked over and into the park. The pool at the motel is nice, not big but a good place to cool off and is very clean. There is a very minimal but okay for children who can get by with cereal and toast. They also have Coffee, OJ, store bought donuts, not bakery donuts, two types of dry cereal, milk, hard boiled eggs etc. It is served in a room that is really too small. It has a few tables but they do need a bigger place. My son got the room behind the little breakfast room. For him and his two boys, it was very dark and had a window looking out into a dark walkway. The room was 160.00 before tax, resort fee, and parking. Bringing the total to 200.00 per night. Yes parking fee at the motel, and a small resort fee.... {resort ?} Getting your car out is a little bit of a wait. They do not have enough places for each room so they valet the cars and double park them. So you need to wait for them to go get your car if it is blocked. Going back to the dark room. They could take out the wall between the breakfast room and motel room and have a nice size breakfast room with more tables, chairs and selections of food. No one could be happy being assigned that motel room. We did ask to be switched from that room, but they never called the room to arrange it. As for the room it was clean and fine. There is a small fridge, a micro-wave and coffee maker. Large bathroom with tub and shower and separate sink, mirror area. The bed was comfortable and the air conditioning works fine. One thing that is desperately needed Towel Bars! Not one in the tub/toilet room or the vanity area. You have to use it and toss it on the ground or lay it on the back of a chair. I don't mind using my bath or face towel several times, but they have to provide towel bars. WTH The motel is on the same grounds with a Denny's Diner. The place was clean and the food was what you would expect. The soup was great both times I had it and I had a really good hamburger. The meat was good and patty was not packed too tight. It was tender and yummy. Dinner's seemed better then the breakfast's we had there. Maybe different cooks? Bacon was very thin and tiny and a over medium egg still had uncooked white on it. The pancakes I ordered were stone cold, the butter would not even melt. That was a disappointment. I would eat here again, try the veg. beef and barley soup.

Really enjoyed our two night stay here, literally less than a 5 minute walk to Disneyland. 24 hour Dennys in the same parking lot and you can order out. Be prepared for the extra fees like mandatory valet for $11 per night. Also, expect noise from the foot traffic but it's just excited kiddos. $404 out the door for 2 nights with 2 queen beds and bunk beds, plus a small fridge, microwave, and a safe. Very friendly staff, as well. We'll stay here next visit for sure.

Stayed there for my most recent RunDisney event. I like to stay close by since we have to walk over at 4:30am...it's just a little more convenient to stay across the street on Harbor blvd. Over all its a nice, clean hotel. Small and quiet. Its pretty far in from Harbor blvd. If you have to Uber or Lift anywhere, it's difficult for them to find you of you stay/wait near the lobby. We had to walk out to the Dennys which is right in from of the hotel. Staff was nice and tended to our needs. I would stay again. They do have a laundry room for you to use as well.

"Fantastic Location when travelling with young children!!"

Our family (3 adults and 2 young children) had a ground floor family room. It was exactly as in the pictures. The kids enjoyed the bunk beds, and took turns in who slept in the top bunk. As we stayed for 6 nights we missed having drawers to put our clothes in (didn't think of that when we booked) so had to live out of our suitcases the whole time. A small table to sit at to eat meals would have been nice also, but would not have fit in the room. There is a small desk in the room, but not suitable to eat at. Unfortuately when we were there, there were some inconsiderate guests who let their children play in the pool area unsuperivised at night (our room was opposite the pool) so we had to put up with shouting and yelling (they were having fun, but we were not having fun having to listen to them). Also one night guests were still in the pool at 11pm (pool was meant to close at 10pm). We made compromises to stay here due to it's location, and honestly the location was the best!! When you have young children who are exhausted after being at Disneyland for 12 hours, it was great to walk across the road and collapse straight into bed. We paid more per night that I would usually pay, but it's not every day you go to Disneyland or stay right across the road. Yes, we could of found cheaper but it would not have been so close!! We heard no traffic noise from our room. Bonus! We had the breakfast all but one morning. Donuts were generally stale, but the cereal was ok. Just the bare basics, but does enough until you can get elsewhere to fill up. The staff that we dealt with were all friendly and happy to answer questions and help out. The free WIFI was excellent, we never had any issues with it. We uploaded many photos on facebook each day making our family and friends jealous back in Australia. We didn't have a car, but parking is available for a fee. We did use the laundry facilities once. No issues there either. Clothes got clean. There is a safe available in your room, for use at an additional fee (we did not use).
