The tour company picked up at our hotel in Anaheim. That driver was awesome, but we were delayed by other guests being late to their pick up. We had to go to a depot to get on our actual bus which was not as nice. That driver was cordial but didn't say anything the whole trip there or back. The bus quit on us on the way back, and we asked if one of the passengers should call the star line office while the driver called police, we were told they wouldn't do anything anyway. Not super reassuring. We did restart and make it to our hotel, drop off was at our hotel thankfully not back at the depot. The biggest issue was it was almost 1130 when we got to sea world and we had to be back at pick up at 515. We missed almost 3 hours in the park. It wasn't terrible. We were able to see the shows but did miss some rides though. Would maybe look into a more time efficient tour line if we did this again.

We used Starline tours on 3 different days, we used the hop on hop off bus which was an excellent way of getting around LA/Beverly Hills as we didn’t have a car. We also used starline to visit universal studios and Disneyland. The transport and pick up times were excellent and gave us plenty of time in each park.

"Two days I will never get back..."

One suggestion Have the drivers educated about the days and times LACMA are actually open. Being dropped off on the day it is closed isn't smart. And can you guys stopping telling us that OJ lived here or there. Who really cares? The bus never made it to the end of the tour on both days, so each time it cost me Taxi fares as it did other travellers. $12.00 X 2. Too much time sitting around in one very boring spot without any restroom facilities nearby. I have used Hop on Hop Off transport all over the world and this one is the only one I really didn't want to give a one star.

We don't typicaly take paid tours but do it ourselves. We decided to take one in LA just due to logistics of huge city. Tour was about 7 hours with several stops to get off and explore. Overall tour was really good. Got to see several beaches and mansions and much of Hollywood area. The draw back to this tour was it is advertised as stars home viewed. We saw only 1 home of someone my wife or I even knew of. No stars homes in this tour. Rest of tour was pretty much as advertised. Now next issue. Driver was really good and knew his history so good. He was very elderly and had great wisdom of area. Now the issue with driver was possibly due to his age. It was a hot day and after about an hour of driving I had to ask him to cut on some air as everyone was sweating. He did and said he was sorry for not cutting on air. After lunch as van had sit in sun for over hour locked up we got back on and again no air. We drove like this for about 30 minutes and I was about to die. I asked him again to cut on some air and he did. Except for this issue the trip was good. Just should make sure drivers are aware of comfort of passengers. I have heart trouble and the heat doesn't do me much good
