This was the worst experience I have ever received from a transportation company ever. I have traveled all over the world and have never had such poor service. I received a text on 12/22/18 advising that I had a 7:05 pick up at our hotel to the airport. I called as soon as I got the message upon returning to the hotel. I spoke to a gentleman who sounded as though I woke him and he told me I needed to call back in the morning which I did. This was the direct number. The woman I spoke to was rude and very uncooperative. I asked if I could move it to the correct time and she said the only time slot that was available was 4:00 pm. I had a brunch reservation and could not cancel as there were 22 people involved. I told her to cancel the appointment and I would make other arrangements and take care of this problem upon returning home. She said I had to cancel within 12 hours and I told her I had called at 18 hours and was told to call back. She advised there was nothing she could do about that. I asked for a supervisor and was told that due to the holiday weekend they had a skeleton crew and no supervisor was unavailable. I told her to tell the driver not to show up and I would make my own arrangements. She said I should do what I thought I needed to do. She also told me I submitted this information in August and should have had plenty of time to correct. I advised her this was incorrect. I did not have my travel info until the end of November so that could not have happened. That is when I made the initial reservation through Costco Travel. She said that was the info she had. The shuttle showed up at 6:05 for my son and his girlfriend. There was no one else in the van. They picked up one other person at a residence. There was plenty of room on that shuttle. At 7:10, I received a call from a very unhappy driver at the hotel asking where I was. He was never told not to show up. The shuttle service from the airport to the hotel was ok. The driver was fun and made good time. However the pickup was an hour late. This worked out because my luggage was lost and I needed time to take care of that issue. There were 5 of us waiting. I cannot believe your company is so bad at customer service. The drivers were great, the man and woman on the phone were worthless and very rude. I travel to Disneyland every Christmas and have never had any problems. If there were hiccups, they were dealt with promptly and efficiently.

Absolutely hands down worst transfer company I've ever dealt with in my years of travelling. I'm not one to write reviews unless it's exceptionally amazing, or absolutely appalling and Karmel falls under the latter. Had worst experience, and even though they were 100% in the wrong (we had all correct paperwork) and had 100% followed instructions to the tee) they took no responsibility for their appalling service, placing the blame on us. Dont waste your money!!!

We were staying in Anaheim, two families of five, and we booked transfers and tickets to Universal Studios Hollywood through Karmel. The price was good, especially considering it's a door-to-door service, not through a hub joining others on a larger bus. The vans were on time, drivers cheerful, and the transfer time was swift: about 45 mins both ways. This was partly down to favourable traffic, and partly to the drivers' willingness to frequently break the speed limit and weave through traffic, which was a bit frightening at times. The vans are a bit run down. One of the seat belts wouldn't tension on the way, just laying loose; the ceiling in three out of four vibrated noticeably or violently all the way; one of the return vans smelled nauseously of cigarette smoke and air fresheners; and one of the drivers on the return wanted to talk about chemtrails, which was plain weird. It's a pretty good service, well priced, but the experience is a bit unnerving. I don't know if this is typical LA or out of the ordinary.

OK. Starting with the good: (a) price was reasonable; (b) vehicle was clean; (c) we didn't die en route; and (d) we didn't miss our flight from LAX. But that was about it. The bad: we asked for a specific pick-up time, but the automated booking service determined that a pick-up 30 minutes later would be sufficient. And then the driver showed up 15 minutes late (no text or email to even tell us that we hadn't been stood up). So we ended up leaving 45 minutes later than we wanted to, and the time we wanted to have at LAX evaporated. Driver's musical selection on the radio included such classics as Jet's "Cold Hard B**ch" as my kids sat in the back listening. I definitely tried to economize on the shuttle cost, and therefore maybe I shouldn't have expected more than this. It would have been so easy to take this from an average experience to a great one.

How long is the zipline tour?
The zipline tour is approximately 2 hours long.

How many people are on a zipline tour?
The tour can accommodate up to 10 people.

Does the zipline tour have weight requirements?
Yes. Participants must weigh between 80 lbs - 240 lbs.

Are there age requirements for the zipline tour?
Yes. Participants at least 10 years of age weighing at least 80 lbs may ride solo. Those weighing less than 80 lbs must ride tandem with another participant of the tour. Children between the ages of 5-9 must ride tandem with another participant at least 18 years of age who will act as the child’s guardian for the length of the tour. The combined weight of tandem riders may not exceed 235 lbs. Children under the age of 5 cannot participate.

What should I wear to go ziplining?
It is recommended that participants wear closed-toe shoes and athletic, comfortable attire.

When will I be picked up from my hotel?
Hotel transportation is between 8:00 am and 8:30 am. Please be at your designated pick-up point before the pick-up time provided to you.

What time does the return boat depart?
The boat departs at 3:45 pm. Do not be late or the boat will leave without you.

Do you provide Child Restraint Seats (car seats or booster) in the vehicles?
Please be aware that supply child restraint/safety seats are not provided as there are several types and designs of child restraint/safety seats that are specifically designed to meet each child’s age, weight and height variables. California State Law requires your child be secured in a child safety seat. Please be sure to bring one and install it in your child’s pre-reserved seat. When booking your shuttle, please be sure to indicate the total number of travelers in your party (including all children and infants) and reserve that many seats accordingly. It is the parent’s/guardian’s/care giver’s responsibility to provide and properly install the child safety seat. We DO NOT provide child safety seats and will NOT ALLOW children (including infants) to sit on the lap of another passenger. All children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
